When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...

Changing a Penthouse lot type to Residential Rental will not result in white screen asserts or an infinite loading screen.
Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues
