I thought this problem had been fixed a while ago, but now flea market items are appearing long after the flea market is over. They cannot be interacted with and often block access to market stalls....
Ideas
All of a sudden, my snow globe boxes are not working!! When I click on one, my sim goes up to it but gets the red exclamation ❗️ thought bubble like there is something blocking it and cannot actually search the box. I have heard it is a glitch where somehow multiple boxes are stacking on top of each other and blocking each other. This happens whether or not my sim lives in San Myshuno, and restarting does not fix the problem. I play on console, so mods are not the issue, but that also means that I can’t use the destroy object mod that some people are using to fix the problem.

I had the same issue in my save. While my save is a copy of a never played template save from before the patch.
I get the red exclamation ❗️that prevents my Sim from routing to the box to search it. However, If I switch to a different lot in the neighborhood, I am able to search the boxes successfully.
When I switch back to my apartment in the same neighbourhood I discover that the box I searched from the other lot is now gone, and I can search any remaining boxes that used to be unavailable to me.

I think there's some removing being done when you change neighborhoods/lots but I'm unsure. Feels like it needs multiple loading to remove everything. Depending on how many boxes there are, it can take a moment. really not sure though, just what I saw from other items.
