This is currently happening in my game.

Neighbour is noisy, bang on door, noise supposed to stop, option to sleep still greyed out. Only way to rectify the problem is to travel to a different lot. The neighbours also appear to be noisy EVERY NIGHT.

I am running the most upto date version of Sims4, the EA App, UI Cheats, MCCC, and MC WooHoo. No other mods or CC in game.
