Ideas
This is an old bug that was originally reported in the archives. The bug is occurring with the apartments in the royalty and legacy pack. My Sim lives in an apartment and the neighbors are noisy. The Sim cannot sleep or pound on the door to ask the neighbors to stop making noise.
