[CL] Sims reset when autonomously using Karaoke Machine during festival

I uh, don't know how to describe this besides... this. I noticed that when I went to a City Living festival (specifically the Romance one), a sim (AI-Controlled) who was attempting to use the Karaoke...

The JoinSituationElement error happens to any of my Sims, new game, or older game, whenever going to a festival in San Myshuno such as the spice festival.   This happens almost immediately upon zoning into San Myshuno when invited to go to a festival there, and within a few game minutes of zoning without an invite.
