I have been trying to complete the snow globe collection from City Living and noticed that the boxes snow globes spawn in have rarely been showing up in game. The boxes have not appeared in the spice district neighborhood at all lately.
*not caused by mods; mods have been disabled in my game

how long did you play in the neighborhood ? I did notice a difference when testing out the objects issue but I did have one spawn.
Didn't play that long though.
I have also not been able to get posters. Even outside of festivals I go there and spend a few hours and when I click on the poster box it keeps saying all the good ones are gone. And only way I get snow globes is at the festival stalls. I play on Xbox.
