I have been trying to complete the snow globe collection from City Living and noticed that the boxes snow globes spawn in have rarely been showing up in game. The boxes have not appeared in the spice district neighborhood at all lately.
*not caused by mods; mods have been disabled in my game

I wish this option was available to me! I play on console, and I cannot use any of my snow globe boxes now. They need to fix this!! We shouldn’t have to use a mod to get the game to function properly!!
I can confirm snow globes are spawning again
