well.... it just happened... Grim came and took my cow. Animal Aging is off, I'm one of the people who have sent their game files in and I got a confirmation that you guys received it. I also started a thread regarding this issue occurring post - Lovestruck. I just stopped playing The Sims 4 all together since that thread was opened (which was many many months ago) and only recently got back into the game thinking it may have been addressed... Nope. I'm disappointed.

They should give us our Cottage Living money back at this point if they are unable to fix the game we paid for.

I think they should at the very least pull it from the options available for purchase. Or put a disclaimer. Seasons and Cottage Living have been broken for a very long time. How those packs are advertised don't relate to the in-game experience at this point. You're not alone in feeling ripped off. Many people who have been with The Sims franchise have expressed deep disappointments in how this is being handled. I don't even know who to tag at this point because I don't want to be gaslit into thinking this is my fault. I'm sorry but this forum has a purpose and if the purpose isn't working at least address it with a disclaimer that those packs are affected so that new players don't fall into the trap of thinking they'll be getting these packs in working condition. Should any of us tag any members of the team we'll be told off about what roles they have within the team. Again I'm sorry but if you have any respect for your consumers you'd forward it to someone higher up with your connections rather than nitpicking at people who have been dealing with this issue for months if not years. With the time that you'd spend replying to one of us about what you do and what not how about you spend that time listening, making a note, getting up and saying to the team do something... The Sims Staff pisses me off sometimes and I have a right to be pissed off if we're treated this way. We have developers in smaller teams with big successful games pushing regular updates and bug fixes. There's no excuse for a big company like EA with all their resources to not be able to do anything and for them to gaslight us. In the corner of my window right now I have a survey "Tell us what you think"... They'd know if they'd listen. They don't need things formally categorized, surveys and other resource wasting things. They have enough information.
