[COL] Finchwick fair not showing up

None of the finchwick festivals are spawing. Festivals notifications will appear, then u travle to the festoval location and they do not show up

    This is happening to my game too. I'm on PC, fresh save, no mods. I have a GEFORCE RTX 4080, was hoping the fresh save would clear it up but it didn't. HELP! Just started after getting spongebob  packs.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
