My other sims in the family are not on any kind of a special diet. No traits or anything else. I find the trait of "Lactose Intolerant" to be the only food related thing in play. Tho I do not have found a 100% root cause of this trait not working. Tho I suspect the Baking skill.
Does anything change if you remove the fish pie ?
Could you add a screenshot of the food content of your fridge ?
There's an older report for this but I'm unsure if they match.
I will have to get back to you on this in the near future. What I can say is that the only things in the minifridge is prepped ingredients, standard crops from a garden and prepared meals.
