New save created after the 19 August patch - I noticed the multiple shop owners (Kim one week, random townie the next - guess Kim decided to go on vacation instead of attending her stall) and two Agathas. One had even moved into a home which I didn't think could happen. Just got the neighbourhood story that Agatha Crumplebottom died (again didn't think that could happen - so it was probably the bugged out version in a home) so not sure if the game has generated her again or if I am now just down to one Agatha instead of two.
