[COL] NPC roles assigned to multiple Sims (Sometimes duplictes)

In my case, Creature Keeper Role isn't a default sim (Michael Bell)

After some bugs in Cottage Living were fixed, I tried playing in Henford and completing some errands. However, after visiting "Isle of Volpe Park" to meet Michael Bell, the creature keeper, there is a new NPC on the lot instead.

I have already tried without mods and with an unmodded save file, but Michael still can't show up. Although he still appears as the villager on the board, he can't show up as the creature keeper NPC.

I used an unmodded save (SimsieSave) during play without a mod, so it's not mod-related.

As I found this topic before, Creature Keeper Role Has Changed. How Do I Put it Back? | EA Forums - 12305125, and it's just from this month, I suspected that it may be an issue from the recent big patch. I'm unsure if it's a bug or not, so I ask here first.

So, I have to avoid visiting that area before this issue is fixed. I don't want to delete new NPCs and risk losing Michael Bell's role forever.
