I met Multiple Agatha Crumplebottom at once.
I don't use any mods and CC(Custom Contents).
I use Mac PC to play the Sims4.

Happening to me. No Agnes in game just Agatha. I summoned Agnes using her sim ID to confirm and Agatha #2 showed up.
