It seems there are multiple achievement-related problems with this save. Just now, I didn't unlock the achievement for maxing the mischief skill for the first time.

Technically, the achievement for maxing every single skill for the first time should have been unlocked when I maxed the mischief skill, but it didn't happen because of the achievement glitch with the mischief skill...
