[COLLECTION] Issues with Achievements/Trophies

Recently, I have completed all of the requirements for a few achievements but they have not unlocked. One sim completed 5 aspirations but I did not receive Over-Achiever. Another sim reached the max level of mischief which should have unlocked Mischief Mastered and View to a Skill for me, but neither unlocked. I am using PC and other achievements unlocked just fine a few days before these didn't.

I hope someone finds a solution soon. Is there a way I can or should be alerting EA that I am having this issue?
