I was able to get the trophy by downloading Naomi_Len’s content. I tried everything to get the trophy on my own to no avail. Now I’m having issues with the “The Pen is Mightier” trophy. At least I finally got Overachiever.

Thanks for the advice to use Malachen's gallery content! I was able to unlock Mischief Mastered and View to a Skill by having their sim to max the charisma skill. I also had the sim complete their fifth aspiration, but alas that didn't award the Over-Achiever achievement...
I also had an issue with that trophy even after finishing 7 different aspirations. But once again, Naomi_Len ‘s content helped with that one too.
That works for any country (México)? Because i tried to find that content but i couldn’t
