[COLLECTION] Issues with Achievements/Trophies

The over-achiever aspiration requires "Have a sim complete 5 aspirations." 

My sim has completed the following aspirations:

• Whiz Kid
• Artistic Prodigy
• Social Butterfly
• Musical Genius
• Computer Whiz
• Renaissance Sim
• Angling Ace
• The Curator
• Fabulously Wealthy
• Bodybuilder

Why haven't I unlocked the achievement yet?

Specs: on a Windows 10 PC, launched from the Steam engine, base-game only (I have nearly all the packs but they're all disabled on Steam).

Sim info that might be relevant:

• female adult human (but they were probably a teen or YA when I should have unlocked the achievement)
• traits, excluding aspiration reward traits, are Music Lover, Foodie, Materialistic, Top Notch Infant, Savant, Connections, Super Green Thumb, Never Weary, Muser, Quick Learner
• even excluding child aspirations, they have completed aspirations across 5 different categories, though one of them is the nature category that has apparently caused bugs in the past
• they were adopted by a playable ghost sim, not made in CAS and not generated at the start of the game
• the ghost is still in the household, and I just realized the ghost has also completed 6 aspirations with no achievement unlocked :(
• the ghost was made as a human in CAS but made to be a playable ghost after natural death
• there are other household members
• I have multiple played households in this save
• I have testingcheats on but I have not cheated to complete the aspirations, all were completed legitimately through normal gameplay
• no mods or CC
