Controls Displayed on Screen

I went to play my game today, after not playing since just before the update, and this thing showing how to move, and other things popped up, and there doesn't seem to be anyway of getting rid of it, I even exited the game and went back and it is still there. Also it moves to a different area when I open the notification wall, to the center of the screen at that. Now I don't know if this is a glitch of the game or a mod, I do have MC Commander and UI Cheats Extensions, but that is my only mods, so if it's a mod, they are the only ones it could be doing it. 

But also as you can see, the game is notifying me of something Bella Goth is doing, but I am not playing The Goth family, I am playing one of my own. And I have had the game do similar things before, so that has to be the game glitching. 

The thing is I even checked to see if there was someway of getting rid of it, but didn't find any, And it wasn't there the last time I checked the game, also both mods I do have are updated, so it shouldn't be caused by them. 

In any case the thing is annoying and I want to shut it off, I don't need it, I already know how to move, so if this is some new thing they added to the game with the last update, I want to know how to shut off, because I should have the choice of whether I want it or not.
