Controls Displayed on Screen

Several weeks and i dont se anything being done to fix this most annoying bug. The control tutorials cant be turned off on either Xbox x or ps5. They just keep coming back next time i restart the game.

It's still there 

Someone told me before how to disable the mouse/keyboard comments that pop up on your screen when you are playing the game.  And I had it disabled.  Then when the new pack uploaded it is back.  I don't need to have comments on my screen telling me how to use my mouse or keyboard.  Thank you very much.   I know it is something you have to uncheck under Game Options but it slipped my mind.

When viewing the file look at the right side of the screen, is anyone else having this problem? There's no option I can find to disable it.

CartoonTrain94​ If I enter a particular game save, then in worldview I click the three dots in the top right of the screen, go to Game Options > Tutorial & Tips, then choose/check the box for "Enable Help Center Icon & Controls Legend", then click the "Apply Changes" button and save... 

When I return to my household in this game save, I see this:

However, if I uncheck that box, then click the "Apply Changes" button and save...

...and return to my household, I see this:
