Sooo I don't know if this is a new feature or just a simple bug. However, what is happening is that when my sims paints a painting it decreases in value over time. It can also just take a few seconds before it drops in value. An excellent or even masterpiece painting will drop about 100-200 simoleons by just hovering over it. Makes 1500 worth of paintings suddenly be worth 100 after hanging on the wall for a bit.
I'd love to hear from you guys, please advise on what I can do

Hi this is happening to me too, I find it very weird because even just moving the painting with my cursor or putting it in my inventory makes the price change. I thought it has something to do with the drawing tablet item? I'm not sure but paintings my sim did on the easel don't seem to change their price.
Mine is definitely happening with paintings from the easel.
