[CURRENT ISSUE] Gallery showing no results

I have serious problem with the Gallery. The Gallery quit working for me suddenly. It is either completely empty or just shows few things. I have tried to reinstall the game and it did not solve the issue. I also cant often times save lots. My internet connection is fine and it works. I also tried to add Sims files to execption list on my firewall, that didnt help either. This makes the game really difficult or impossible to play because i can´t put my builds anywhere or save anything. I have two laptops, and my gaming laptop has the same issue with the gallery as my work/study laptop so its definitely not that either. When i try to go to my gallery it sometimes says that Gallery is empty and that i havent shared anything even tough i have shared and sometimes it does show 5-10 things i have uploaded. Same with the other creators. If i want to download something from the gallery, sometimes its totally empty or just shows few things. When i start the game, pop up window says that the things i saved from the gallery dont exist anymore. But they are still there because occasionally they show up again. There are many important sims in my gallery i want to add into my game, sims that have skills and prize traits i worked hard for. Now i cant get them anymore because the gallery is a mess. And this is definitely not a mod related, i dont have mods installed and the i just did clean reinstall.
