Are any of you still having issues with the Gallery? 

Update, it just wasn't letting upload those specific houses. I tried uploading a family and it worked just fine but it still isn't letting post the houses.

I wonder if this is because they changed the stair railings and how they are made in builds?  Making it hard to place builds that were made before this change. Also because it deleted them in every save in the last big update. They 'fixed' that apparently but I can see why this would bork builds on the gallery vs what the game is expecting now. Idk if they thought of that before they implemented it and even tested it out. 
I did manage to upload my castle after a few tries, but since no one can see it or download it, it's pretty pointless. I haven't gotten the new pack because of this and the other bugs reported. 
I only updated my test Laptop and not my main desktop PC where I play the game on and where I build. Because what is the point if the gallery is broken anyway and the new pack as well?  And the big update just breaks things? 
Career mods are also really affected by the update/pack, so I'll just wait this out until things are solved. 
Shame, the pack looked fun.

A few days ago, I purchased the Royals and Legacy pack like many other players, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but frustrating ever since.

I have been playing The Sims for six years. I am used to dealing with bugs, and in the past, most issues were caused by mods or new updates. When that happened, I would remove the mods or wait for a fix, and the problem would be resolved quickly. That was understandable. However, this situation feels very different.

I paid $40 for this pack. When I spend that kind of money, I expect to be able to play the game I paid for.

I am not a builder, so I rely heavily on the Gallery for my Sims and their homes. After buying the pack, I wanted to place a castle lot and create a royal family. That should not be a difficult task, especially considering how much money I have invested in this game over the years. I own nearly every pack available, aside from a few kits, so I have spent a significant amount on this franchise. I do not think it is unreasonable to expect basic features like the Gallery to function properly.

Since purchasing the pack, the Gallery will not load. I have seen other players reporting the same issue. I have tried everything: removing all mods, repairing the game multiple times, clearing cache, redownloading the game, and even testing other save files. My boyfriend, who is very knowledgeable about tech and has also played The Sims for years, tried troubleshooting as well. We could not fix it.

I waited two days because I understand that sometimes fixes take time. But this is a brand-new pack, and it has already been two days. I was able to play for maybe one day, and even that was mediocre due to the issues. At one point it seemed like the Gallery was finally working again, which was a relief. However, when I tried to place a lot, the game became stuck on the loading screen in build mode. It was never completed. I had to force quit the game.

I have removed mods, repaired the game multiple times, redownloaded it, and tried every troubleshooting step I can think of. I have spent so much time and money on this game, and it is incredibly frustrating that we are expected to simply accept this level of instability.

I love this game, which is why this is so disappointing. But $40 is not a small amount of money, especially right now. When I spend that much, I expect a playable product. I understand that bugs happen, but it feels like every time one issue is fixed, another appears. It is hard not to feel frustrated when a company that makes this much money cannot ensure basic functionality works properly.

If anyone has found a solution, I would genuinely appreciate the help. I just want to be able to enjoy the game I paid for.

I also want to say that I’m not aware of any gameplay issues in my game right now only the gallery issue and what Imentioned. I haven’t been able to test further because I haven’t gotten past the build issue yet.
