I've read through several of the solves for this career to no avail, here's where I've had issues:
As a werewolf:
- Unable to arrest or create citations for fights (untested for littering, as no one seems to be littering. I've actually never witnessed littering, even on PS4, 4+yrs ago).
- After this, I gave up and made a brand new normal sim.
As a regular sim:
- Unable to interrogate suspects altogether
- Unable to lock arrested sims in a cell (of any variety of cell door from build/buy)
- Soft locked from further progress as I cannot complete normal events in the career
More info:
- I regularly play with mods
- I have removed all mods and attempted these career events in that version of the save
- I use a custom cc-free police station (my own)
- I have not changed the color of the interrogation table
- I have used the EP cheats from the shift+click menu after having these issues, attempting to resolve them in a cc-free save. This has not been effective
- I have no other gameplay issues, I very rarely encounter bugs in general
