Disappearing Lots and Activities

Have you tried my suggestion ? 

There is already a thread for disappearing houses on existing saves, especially if they are huge but there is potentially a new issue since the temp saves files were moved to the AppData folder.

If it happens on a new save then that's more likely your issue then the existing one and another user had luck solving it with a new windows user (if that works, we can continue troubleshooting your old account, this is just for finding out what's going on).

If it's your existing saves only, could you send me your main one ? Upload to googleDrive, oneDrive, wetransfer or dropbox and DM me the link. If you have a backup from before they disappeared, that would be great as well.

crinrict​ Currently ALL lots both community and residential have disappeared in ALL my saves, new ones included. Townies are without homes, on community lots NPCs are left standing on empty lots. Unable to fish on any lot, cannot enter into Magic Realm or participate in any activity in any world. This bug is huge and needs to be fixed.

did you get any error message when trying to start after the reset ? How far did you get ?

Could you try if it works on a new windows user ?

You can make a local windows user by choosing that you don't know the information of the other users and then choose make a user account without a microsoft acount.

Afterwards login with that account (you won't have any of the content but the game should be installed) and you can start it through EA app.

Yes, it is happening on new saves. I had MC Command Center Mod which had been removed about 2 or 3 months ago. Attempted the clean folder approach, it was unsuccessful, was actually unable to load my game after that approach.

• Did you never have mods/cc or remove it ?

Not playing with mods/cc in game. Playing on PC and happening in all my saves.

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Is this for this particular save or does the same happen on a new one ?
