[DO] Giving Recommendations to Customers Prevents Waiter Interactions

If you have a Sim that own's a restaurant with the perk to give recommendations to customers, and they give recommendations at the same time the waiter is trying to take the order, the waiter will not take the order. The customers will sit at the table until closing time without their order even being taking or they lose enough stars to leave. I had one waiter, then I hired two and hiring two waiters didn't fix the issue. I at first thought the cook wasn't cooking the order but then I noticed the waiter wasn't taking the order.
