Whenever I visit any restaurant, no chef or hosts are present, so I can't sit at a table or order any food or drink. The fame setting in options isn't checked.

So i found that if you save the restaurant to your library then bulldoze it and replace it the staff will then turn up
mumofharry I wish this was the case for me but sadly it is not I have tried this many times and still have no staff😞 I play on xbox next gen
