My sim has purchased a restaurant which inconsistently results in the “error for game to load 123” code. I have tried removing my mods, bulldozing the lot and replacing it and the issue still persist...

I already reported the error codes before for community lots, mods or vanilla same result. But I noticed ever since that for restaurants the chance of getting an error code from visiting restaurants is 100%. I can visit a lot when it's marked residential and sometimes a community if I'm lucky to miss an error code, but as soon as I change the lot type to resturant and want to visit it gives me "error code" always, no exception; then the game crashes. I can only build or CAS these past months, bc Live Mode is beyond disastrous.
I mean seriously when will this be fixed?!? Its been almost two years, I'm a very patient person, but this is unacceptable. The game is totally unplayable outside of residential lots. I bought these packs so I expect them to work. Please FIX this ASAP!
