My sim has purchased a restaurant which inconsistently results in the “error for game to load 123” code. I have tried removing my mods, bulldozing the lot and replacing it and the issue still persist...

I'm getting the same error even though I've only installed a large table and a public restroom in the default Chez Lama. I get the same error when I visit the restaurant from home or from the map. I can't visit the restaurant.
