could you please add thread tags for your platform and your mod usage (never if you don't use them or removed if you properly tested witout mods)
Thanks for checking! I’ve updated the tags (PC / removed). I created a fresh, mod-free Sims 4 folder specifically to test this issue.
Also, I did some extra testing in Willow Creek:
Summer: The mailbox lights up normally.
Winter (Snowy day): The lights/glow turn OFF, just like in Yukimatsu!
So it seems this bug isn't unique to Mt. Komorebi—it's caused by the snow coverage/weather system itself affecting the mailbox.
