This happened to me as well. Graduated high school early enrolled in University with a distinguished degree first term was fine, second suddenly on probation. Like another player said, this bug is making the University pack pretty pointless. Looks like I might have to use a cheat to get the degree since my Sim did put in the hard work to earn it.
