i tested this without any mods, and the issue happens in both new and old saves. i even deleted The Sims 4 folder in documents so the game would generate a fresh one, but the problem persists. the problem is consistent and reproducible.
it doesn’t occur with Bot Savants — their rewards unlock in Build/Buy mode as expected. however, with Braniac and Foxbury Spirit Squad, the rewards remain locked in Build/Buy mode even after reaching the required rank. i haven’t tested the Britechester University organizations yet, so i can’t confirm if the same issue happens there.
interestingly, this issue started appearing after the previous spawn problem with organization members was fixed. the timing makes me think the fix for that might have unintentionally caused this new bug. before that, organization rewards worked fine in Build/Buy mode.
