[DU] B/B rewards for membership in students organizations don't unlock properly

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Czech
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.116.240.1020 (Patch 185)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except several kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let your Sim enroll in university and become a member of a student organisation (doesn't matter which one).
What happens when the bug occurs? Becoming a member and leveling up in an organization should unlock reward objects in B/B catalogue but that doesn't happen most of the time. Only the ping-pong tables unlock but the other reward objects don't.
What do you expect to see? All the reward objects to unlock properly in B/B.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No. This bug has been in the game for a long time.

I have confirmed that the Esports Level 4 reward chair has been successfully unlocked.

I completed the assignments at home and became a senior member, and the item was unlocked successfully. However, the item that should have been unlocked when I joined as a new member is still locked. I would like to obtain it without using cheats, so could you please fix this?

additionally, when you reach senior member level in Art Society and Britechester Spirit Corps, the items for that level unlock, while the items for new member level remain locked.

a few updates have passed through it, but the problem still remains.I deleted the ea app file completely and made the game create a new file, and with the new save new sim, but I still have the problem.I just tried it on Art Society, Britechester Sprit Corps and Debate Guild. Debate guild is completely bug, it does not open in build mode, the item lock of any level of it, but comes in personal inventory. The other two do not have bug in personal inventory, but in build mode only the item locks of the "senior" level are opened.
