My sim applied to college as a teen before being expelled from high school. He received an acceptance letter listing that he was not accepted into any degrees, but all Distinguished Degrees are listed. When opening the enrollment guide, the Degrees are grayed out, but the Distinguished Degrees are clickable. When hovering over a standard degree, the popup says "This is a distinguished degree."
