Can't you just remove the NAP on the mailbox ? You can always use the free build cheat
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
No I don't use mods and no you can't just remove nap from a mailbox if it was that easy I would've done it.
Why not ? What issue are you having with it ?
Did you try with the cheat or have it voted off and that's not working ?
You do need some influence to repeal it on the mail box but you can choose testingcheats - Shift Click on mailbox and then instant repeal it. You should not need to enter build mode for this.
