This happened to me as well on PS5, my sims still have the class schedule in the career tab but it says course credits: 12 of 12 and Term Days Left: This Sim has Graduated. No more Terms left to attend. However my sims never had a ceremony, never got their degree/diploma, picture or anything. They don’t have the career boost from the degree. It’s very frustrating as I put a lot of time and effort into putting them through their university programs :( and they can’t even re-enroll!!!!
