When hosting a Juice Party (from the Discover University expansion), I'd expect to see guests actually drinking the juice. I've organized numerous juice parties for different Sim demographics (teenagers, university students, young adults, and mixed groups), but they all had the same outcome - I had to manually empty the kegs because NPCs don't use them. By the end of the party, it typically looks like the screenshot: an empty keg and piles of full glasses that nobody touches.
