I have something to add.
After the update yesterday I tested my game with a brand new mod-free game. To my delight everything worked as it should. The cafeteria worker was attending her stall on time as she should.
After that I tested my normal game without mods. The game still has this bug. The cafeteria worker went home at the start of school. Somehow this save has been corrupted and removing mods does not help.
I will add that I have also had this error in another save.
