[DU] Scholarship letters become invisible when placed in the world
Scholarship letters received through Discover University can be read normally, but when choosing the option to “Place in World”, the object does not appear visually.
The Sim performs the correct placement animation, however the letter is not rendered anywhere in the lot. The object seems to exist logically but has no visible mesh or footprint.
This is a regression, as in previous versions of the game scholarship letters were correctly visible when placed on surfaces or the floor.
The issue occurs across different households and lots. The game does not crash, and the scholarship itself works correctly; the problem is purely visual/rendering related.

Steps to reproduce:
- Have a Sim receive a university scholarship letter
- Read the letter
- Choose “Place in World”
- The Sim performs the animation, but the letter is invisible
