No, just one particular household in an old save! I even deleted the household and started it again and the same thing happened. Other households work fine, even in the same career path.

I tested your Sims and one is without career, the other in a work from home career, right ?
So what happens is that you get a call in the morning if you want to work from home or go to work. If you choose to work from home, they don't go to work in those type of careers. You get certain tasks that you do during the day and then you get paid for them.
If you choose to go to work, they should go at to a rabbithole career once the time is ready for them to do so.
Do you not get the prompt to choose what you want to do ? That worked fine and when I choose rabbithole, the Sim went.
Hi yes, one owns a small business and the other is in the rabbithole law career.
I do not get any prompts for the rabbithole career, I don't get the hour-warning for work to start, I don't get the option to go to work or to work from home. It's like the game doesn't register the Sim has a career. The only thing I got was a Family Leave pop up. When I joined the career I did the first Work From Home Assignment pop up, and that worked, but nothing since.
