My sim has taken his final exams and usually, at the end of exam day, I would get the pop-up with the grade achieved and then get asked if I want to sign up for another term. This did not happen. Day after day his schedule looks like this:
He has no homework left to do, no other work left to do, but he keeps on having to go to more classes each day with no grade for that semester and no opportunity to sign up for his second.

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
Sorry, crin, I should have known better! No mods or cc, on Windows 11 and all packs installed except two kits.
I can't seem to edit my original post so I will update here:
After playing for some further days I suddenly got the pop-up with his grade and the option to sign up for another term. So I guess it is 'fixed' for now, but shouldn't have happened in the first place.
To edit your first post, you need to click on that cogwheel all the way to the right under your avatar.
