[DU] University Organization Tasks Not Completing/Refreshing

I am playing Sims 4 on PC with no mods/CC, and I've run into a bug where my university student can no longer complete tasks for their university organization. My sim is in the secret society, and when he first joined, the tasks would check off as he completed them and refresh every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday as expected. I have since played with another household, and upon returning to the university sim, the tasks are frozen. They do not refresh, and they do not tick off.

I've had this happen in multiple saves. Things start out okay, but then they just stop being able to complete tasks - which is doubly annoying when you also get the bug that uni club events stop occurring when the game says they should at the commons and the pub.
