Agreed. I just got the pack a day ago and after playing different saves, I had a sim get an ailment from being in public within a few minutes. I never complain about sims packs but this is a lot.
Right, this is the first time I have felt it necessary to report as a bug. Typically with the packs I just go with the flow, but this is strongly interrupting my gameplay.
