My sim has also been getting an ailment pretty much be everyday regardless of her balance. It’s WAYY too frequent and reminds me of how the fears used to be because it’s constant. I would also love a feature to turn them off because I can’t stand them after my sim has had like 5 million in my gameplay. My sim who does not have an ailment has also been vomiting as well??
