And the fact it is Very shouldn't matter cause it will "Bottle" Very Inspired, Very Flirty, etc. and I have tried, though with my mods, with just Focused, and it wouldn't work.
I was wondering why I was still one emotion short for my Innisgreen Ingredients, I think I am also not getting it from the Moody Shrub (it had been 1 Sim year at max days per Season, and I was extracting from the Moody Shrub since day 1). I had to make it with my Apothecary Table to finish the Collection.
Edit: I did eventually get it (Focused) from the Moody Shrub, so I just can't get it (Focused) from Sims (my own or others).
Edit, edit: I tried another Sim, it looks like one's own's Focused cannot be bottled, but other's Focused can be...
Edit, edit, edit: I do not know if this is considered an oversight or a solution, but I think I figured it out. Auras from items like crystals, jewelry and/or familiar that have no "timer" cannot be drained. That was why it wasn't working.
