The tool tips says: "Boo does not have an Emotion that can be Bottled right now. Uncomfortable, Asleep, Dazed, Possessed or Fine Emotions cannot be Bottled." It does not mention not being able to bottle scared emotions. This may be an omission in the tool tip. Don't know.
