Foraging relies on certain terrain types. Snow is not included in those terrain types. Ergo, winter blocks all foraging.

Intern_Waffle_64 does foraging work if you choose the same place in summer ?
I tried all over the place, it never let me do it, even in spots i knew for a fact were dirt and work for foraging (my yard has a bunch of pebbles around for flavor which do block it, so i have dedicated spots for it)
