[EBN] Endless Loading: Everdew (Build/Live)

I have the same issue. So at first I tried to load the tree lot (live mode) with mods activated, and it got endless loading. I deactivated mods and tried the tree lot again, but same thing. At that time, I thought the error might be related to the tree lot. I booted the game up with mods disabled once more and loaded another household, and for some reason it worked. I tried another household that also worked - although I don't know if both household was the same neighborhood. Also, the first household MIGHT have been in another neighborhood, before I exited to manage world and tried the other.

Then I moved the household from the tree lot to another in the same neighborhood and loaded that lot - which worked. So after that I entered the tree lot in build mode and it also worked. I bulldozed the lot and moved back my household/person that lived there in the first place. Now it worked. I did not save after that, since the sim would loose all her cc (since it was not activated).

I then booted up the game with mods and moved the sim to the other household in Everdew. Tried loading that, and endless loading. Booted the game up once more and tried to go directly to build mode on the tree lot: endless loading. After that I booted the game up with mods disabled again, and suddenly the other household in Everdew once again got endless loading. I even tried to load a previous save file, but get endless loading on that as well in Everdew. The few times it worked seemed to be some kind of fluke. I heard from someone that it could be related to DX9/11. I will have to check with DX. I think I have chosen dx9 ingame but when I look into log files, it says dx11?

Also, I did get some last exception, but in text format (notepad). Mc conmand did not generate anything

So I JUST had a similar problem, and after some shuffling around, found out it's being caused by ONE Specific Sim who's gone in and out of my Household. She also happens to be the only Fairy I had get their "Wings" from Moondrop Springs. And she's shown as having wings in her HUMAN form, and has ever since she became a Fairy. And when I try to get Mother Nature to give her the Essence to REMOVE her Fairy status, she gets one to BECOME a Fairy. So check your Household Fairies, folks, 'cause that MIGHT be the issue.

So after the latest update , I entered one of my households and used "Save as" to make a "clean save" of our previous save. After that, I can load any of the houlseholds in Everdew. However, when I choose to return to "manage worlds" and try to load another household in Everdew (including the very same household), it gets the endless loading again. I also tried to make a new save using "Save as" when entered one of the households. After that, I chose to go to manage worlds again and tried loading another household. Again, stuck in loading screen. After that, I quit the game and tried to load the new save, but now it just get stuck on loading screen directly. I tried to load another household in Innosgreen (Coast of Adhmor, the Lapido household) and that loaded just fine. So there is still major problems with Everdew.

I have exactly the same issue... with lots and households specifically in that area, trying without CC and mods on my mostly-played existing saves, nothing works. tried on one old save long time ago rarely played, sometimes work while other not. What happened with that area???
