[EBN] Fairies show up in other worlds w. limit to Innisgreen checked (1.121.342)

For clarity, and you can note the issue:  The fairy showed up in human form.  However, once invited inside they turned tiny and swirled around the sink.  Fairy doing fairy things - without the wings. 

Unfortunately, all bugs reported here need to be tested on vanilla to make sure it's not a mod issue.

Leaving this on troubleshoot for now.

Since it was fixed there have been a few reports but only for Fairies in human forum which was deemed not a bug. So there's two possible scenarios:

• Mod issue
• Happening for the new world.

Waiting for further reports.

- Yes, I use mods/cc.  It would be difficult to test without as I'd have to wait for a fairy to show up (I'm not friends with any) and wait and see if they do an action. 
- PC
- new save
- I'm only playing in Ondarion right now
- Yes, I've closed the game and repaired several times.   The issue only happened once. 

The issue is, it shouldn't happen at all, since I have the option to limit them to Innisgreen checked.

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• Is this the same game you had issues before or did you test a new one as well ?
• Do you have the issue only in Ondarion still or other worlds too ?
• Did you try turning the option on, saving, leaving the game, entering again and turning back off to see if that makes a difference ?
