I have the Game Options / Pack Settings to "Limit fairies to Innisgreen", yet fairies are constantly showing up in all worlds. This option is not working. Attached is a screenshot of my settings and a fairy showing up in my world in Tomarang.

This just happened to me too. When I shift-click to reset sim the wings disappear, which makes me believe the wings are appearing despite the sim not actually being in fairy form.

It's happening to me, too. I just had 3 different fairies show up at my house within minutes of each other.
