[EBN] Fairies still show up in other worlds with limit to Innisgreen checked

Sidenote... will we ever be able to restrict spellcasters, vampires, mermaids, aliens? I don't want them strolling up to my front door, it breaks the realism for me.

Is there some special thing I'm supposed to do after I click the restrict button? I deleted the localthumbcache file. And even in my other save files when I deleted all the fairies in the game... they still showed up. The werewolves stay in their world, why won't the fairies?
